Booking Information, Terms and Conditions

• We will contact you with details of your reservation within 24 hrs of your request (excluding weekends).
  
  
• Your credit card will only be charged if we can meet your exact requirements as contained in your order.
  
  
• Please note that prices include any booking and handling fees.
  
  
• Tickets addressed to UK destinations will be posted if you book within 2 weeks of the performance date otherwise/or we can arrange for collection from the theatre box office which are usually available one hour before the show and you will need to provide your credit card and confirmation number for identification purposes.
  
  
• Tickets for addresses outside the UK will only be available to be collected from the theatre box office which are usually available one hour before the show and you will need to provide your credit card and confirmation number for identification purposes.
  
  
• Please note that once booked there are no exchanges or refunds.
  
  
• Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management’s rights, which are available on request. The Theatre Management reserves the right to alter the cast without prior notification, to make alterations to the advertised arrangements and to refuse admission.
